NX15 is an ultra-compact wireless module series based on Nordic Semiconductor's nRF54L15 platform for Bluetooth Low Energy and multiprotocol 2.4 GHz products.
It combines a 128 MHz Arm Cortex-M33 processor, a 128 MHz RISC-V coprocessor, 1.5 MB internal NVM, 256 KB RAM, and optional external flash in a 9.5 × 9.5 × 1.95 mm LGA package.
Chip-antenna and U.FL variants give designers options for compact sensors, wearables, smart home devices, industrial nodes, and short-range controls.
